DUKA SpA
When Italian shower specialist DUKA SpA decided to build its new headquarters in Bressanone, Italy, the company knew it needed to find the right insulation partner and product. DUKA chose ISOVER, preferring to work with a well-known yet innovative company that offers high levels of service with tools like TechCalc and experienced technical teams to support sales.
Extension of two ferries: "Stella Hollandica" and "Stella Britannica"
Both ships were insulated with different ISOVER products, which allowed a weight reduction of more than 25 tons. The operating costs of the ship will be lower as planned during the whole lifetime of about 25 or 30 years. The good logistics of ISOVER, which means the availability of ULTIMATE® products, was also much appreciated on the construction site.
Abora Energy
Thermal solar collectors provide heat in a clean, sustainable, and economic way using the sun’s radiation. Adding the efficient insulation reduces thermal losses to optimise the energy efficiency of the panels. Let’s look at how U SOLAR insulation helped Abora Energy become more efficient.
AIDAdiva
The AIDAdiva is the first of a €2bn order for six new ships being constructed for the German-based cruise operator Aida Cruises, a subsidiary of P&O.
BBVA La Vela building
This office center is 93 meters high and was insulated with CLIMAVER NETO.
Bella Desgagnes
Bella Desgagnes is a huge passenger container vessel with a length of 95m. Outside the high weight reduction they allow, ULTIMATE® products have excellent thermal, acoustic and fire-retarding features (fire protection better than A 60).
Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation
The Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation is a building comprising exhibitions and concert halls which was inaugurated in 1969. An intervention to improve the insulation of the main hall had been planned since 1990: the work began in 2013 and ended in February 2014.
Canal ESPN
Canal ESPN is a radio channel specialized in Sport. CLIMAVER PLATA was chosen for the radio center because of its acoustic performance, which is a key element for such a place.
Carrasco Airport
ISOVER insulated the new main international airport in Uruguay with CLIMAVER PLUS.
Cecon Excellence
With a length of 130 m, the Cecon Excellence meets the highest standards required for deepwater operations in harsh environments.Using diesel-electric power generation which feeds six electric thrusters, the vessel also uses dynamic positioning technology to ensure it holds position while performing subsea construction, pipelaying, diving operations, well intervention and ROV support.
Celebrity Eclipse
Celebrity Eclipse is a Solstice-class cruise ship, operated by Celebrity Cruises. It is the sister ship of Celebrity Solstice, Celebrity Equinox, and Celebrity Silhouette, which entered into service in Summer 2008 and Summer 2009 respectively. Celebrity Silhouette will enter on Fall 2011.
Celebrity Solstice
By opting for ULTIMATE®, the vessel is making a saving of over 300 tons; The operating costs of the ship will be lower as planned during the whole lifetime of about 25 or 30 years.
